Wellington Boots at Methilation

I’m only happy when it rains…except when I have to go out and commute in the rain. Whenever it rains hard I never quite know what shoes are appropriate for braving the puddles and the mud. If I wear flip-flops or sandals, my feet will get dirty. If I wear sneakers - ugh, nothing is worse than the sensation of wet feet trapped inside equally wet sneakers.
