Trendy dress shoes can be so expensive especially brand name shoes. If one is just using it for a party, then one doesn’t have to buy brand name shoes. My daughter loves bargain hunting and found a pair of dress shoes at the St. Francis Square flea market at the Ortigas Center. If you’re familiar with the 168 Mall at Divisoria, most of the St. Francis stock is reminiscent of 168 Mall. For only 250 pesos, it’s really a bargain.
