People Support Call Center Building

At the corner of Ayala Avenue and Buendia, stands the People Support Call Center. While killer billboards, electric poles, trees and roofs went flying here and there at the height of Typhoon Milenyo, the People Support Call Center Building encountered something else. Typhoon Milenyo blew off part of its masonry, or so it looks but at closer inspection, it appears to be styrofoam. (click here to view closeup) Strange. I wonder why the building contractors chose styrofoam instead of just cement plaster.
