Ambulant Vendors taking a break

The sun is searing while the vendors take a break under the shadows of the palm tree. Vendors are not allowed in this part of the SM Mall of Asia. Perhaps SM Prime Malls management tolerate them for now. It’ll be a pity to see garbage strewn all over the place.
