The Cebu Lechon Inasal (Roasted Pig) is the most flavorful in the Philippines. One doesn’t even need to dip the lechon meat in any sauce to bring out the flavors. The meat is delectable right to the bones. One can taste this type of Lechon at Jun Jun’s Cebu Lechon Restaurant at the Fort, Global City in Taguig . The lechon is known as the Philippines National food but I think the pork adobo should be the one instead. Roasted Pig can also be found in Hawaii.
