Is it possible to not be in the mood to eat when you’re hungry?
Something must be seriously wrong with me.
My nosebleeds went away, but so did my appetite. I haven’t been eating much the past couple of days, not because I’m on a diet or because I want to lose weight, but because I simply don’t feel like eating. The day before yesterday, all I ate was a burger and some Mrs. Fields brownies. Yesterday morning, I couldn’t even finish a small sandwich, and in the afternoon I had half a sandwich and some fries. Today–some salted pretzels and pesto that I ended up giving to
Rice is too fattening for dinner.
Instant noodles are nothing but salt and empty calories.
Oranges will give me a stomach ache.
Chicken doesn’t smell nice when you hold it up to your nose. And right now, I’m in no mood for meat.
I’m never in the mood for vegetables.
Crackers would be good but we don’t have any at the dorm.
Argh!!! I hate it when I’m hungry but I don’t know what to eat.

i feel you. i have no appetite the past few weeks.
i just eat cereal. unhealthy, oversweetened cereal, like frosted flakes. what do you think?
i feel like that sometimes too. it’s really annoying forcing yourself to eat ‘cuz your stomach hurts so much from hunger.
I wish I didn’t feel like eating. Stop me eating!

maybe it’s stress or tension? maybe you’re worrying about things to much, that’s why you’re losing appetite? hope you feel better soon!
