Oh, the agony!

If there’s one thing I hate about myself, it’s the way I sleep. I don’t know why but I rarely ever toss and turn in bed, and sometimes I wake up in the same position I was in the previous night. Thanks to my inability to move in my sleep, I woke up this morning to the queen of stiff necks and it hurrrrts so badly. Although I’ve woken up to stiff necks before, they’d be gone in an hour or so and they have never felt this bad. I have been in pain since this morning and it sucks. The simplest acts such as sitting or looking down felt like raw agony. So that I wouldn’t jar my tender neck muscles, I’ve been walking like a robot all freaking day. I must have looked really stupid at the supermarket because it’s just impossible to not move your neck, but who cares about how you look when your neck is throbbing like crazy? I feel a lot better now, thanks to painkillers and Salon Pas, but I still can’t look behind me without feeling a jolt of pain.

Don’t ask me what made me come up with this, but I have this awful suspiscion that somebody made a voodoo doll of me and poked at the back of my neck with a red hot iron several times, which is why the pain is more intense than usual.

Kayelle’s birthday was fun. I was thinking of staying home to study last night, but my non-attendance in the last couple of parties I got invited to worried me. Besides, who wants to study on a Saturday night anyway? So I went. I expected most of my blockmates to be there but to my surprise, there were only around five or six guys from my block who showed up. Charlie and I were the only girls. There were a bunch of other people from school though, including My First and Third Secret Crushes. =D So maybe I didn’t exactly understand the guys’ lingo and inside jokes, but I had a good time anyway. Besides, I caught My First Secret Crush buttspelling on candid camera!
