Bring me the sun cos I slide off the moon
I had copies of my yearbook picture made today. I didn’t really want to but as I’ve mentioned earlier, the only way I can get copies of my friends’ yearbook pics is if I give them one of mine. As I sat on my desk writing a dedication to the one I’m giving to Glyka, I suddenly realized that other than what few good friends I have at school, I don’t want to give my yearbook photo to anyone else. This will probably come off as really mayabang or something, but as I mentally ran through the list of my school “friends” I realized that none of them deserve a copy of my yearbook pic, even if it is a terrible one. I guess I’m just in one of those moods today. But seriously…what have they done for me, anyway? Nothing.
Quite a number of other people have asked for my yearbook picture. But I’m willing to bet anything it’s not so that they can have something to remember me. First of all, I hardly know them anyway and they hardly know me, so what’s there to remember? Today I made up this theory that I haven’t named yet but goes something like this. The only reason why certain people ask for everyone’s yearbook pictures is so that when they go to college, they’re armed with all those pictures stuffed in their wallet, which will make everyone think that they were so popular back in high school. Or maybe they were popular in high school but then they’re afraid to become loners in college, and they’re keeping everyone’s pictures in their wallets as a reminder to them of a time when they were high and mighty and totally ruling the school.
A cute photo of my son, err cousin Matthew.

I got the pictures of March 15 photolog developed. It’s actually more of a scavenger hunt, but it’s the best photolog yet.
