Taffy stuck and tongue tied

Word of the month: STRESS. It’s already 9:20 p.m. and I wish I could say that the next thing I am planning to do is go to sleep. Unfortunately, the day is still far from over for me. After I write this entry I am going to drink a cup of coffee because aside from a test for Math and another one for Calculus, I also have a Filipino quiz tomorrow. On sentence diagramming. Do you know how hard it is to diagram a sentence in Filipino? It’s actually a lot harder than Calculus. And any idiot knows that I can be quite clueless when it comes to numbers. Not only that, but I was also randomly chosen to dissect this rather complicated sentence in front of the class. Naturally, I will need to figure out how to do that one as well. I want my Filipino teacher to think that I’m a responsible student because I asked her to write a recommendation letter. *sigh* Boy, I sure will be glad when this is all over! Christmas break seems like such a long way from now.

Hmm, I didn’t know that I was in a band. I got an e-mail from someone saying that we have a jam session sometime during Christmas break. He/She included a playlist and apparently we’re going to do covers from Sixpence None the Richer, No Doubt, The Cranberries and The Beatles. Not exactly what I had in mind but oh well, it’s a start. A lot of people I know seem to be getting into guitar-playing these days, including Chris! I was surprised when he told me he was trying to teach himself the guitar; it doesn’t sound like something he’d be into. But I look at him with new respect now. Guys who play the guitar are cool. There’s just something about guitar-toting guys that’s so sexy in a John Mayer-ish kind of way. I hope Chris becomes really good at it. He’s gonna make bevies of girls swoon over him someday.

I’m sorry to say but I loved my Filipino class far more than my Math class. :D Err…probably because of the teachers…and me being so bad with numbers!
