I’m like a broken record you can play
Today is Makati Day, whatever the hell that is, and because Ayala Ave. and certain other streets in the Makati Central Business District would be closed off today I didn’t go out because traffic would probably be hell. Not to mention that there’s a sale at Glorietta. As much as I love shopping, I’ve never attended any of those sales at the malls. There are just too many people around and since everyone is buying everything, I run the risk of someone getting an identical outfit to mine. And anyway, it’s more fun shopping at vintage stores and tiangges (flea markets) if bargains are what I’m looking for.
we’re having a garage sale tomorrow and thanks to the dust flying around from digging up old clothes and shoes, I’m suffering from an allergy attack right now. I practically finished half a roll of toilet paper. God, I hate these stupid allergies; they’re very irritating. In any case, I need to go to bed early tonight so I can wake up tomorrow and help decide on the prices of things. Aside from old clothes and shoes, I also included some nail polish that I don’t like anymore and old necklaces and bracelets. I wanted to get rid of my old Sweet Valley and Goosebumps books too, but for some reason my dad didn’t want me to. I don’t really see why though. I mean it’s kind of a waste cos I don’t read them anymore. Maybe some kid could benefit from them like I had. Oh well.
Stupid, stupid allergies!

I prefer vintage stores too. All the coolest clothes I own are either from other countries or vintage stores. I used to love Goosebumps. I had almost fourty books. I still have all of them.
poor sweet Lauryn, I also have some kind of allergy, I have difficulty breathing in May and June-hate it…plus I can’t eat kiwi…Anyhoo ^_^ I also dislike people wearing the same outfits as I do, esp. people who you meet every-day in the streets and who you don’t really know, but who copy you!!!, seem to track down the places I buy my clothes in..ah..awful…OK, got a bit carried away, he he.Hugz!!!!
