I’ve got no one to blame for every time I feel lame

Review classes were uneventful today. All we did was answer math and science questions from this booklet–not very exciting. We’re going to be discussing math tomorrow and I’m quite sure that my brain will feel like it’s been drained of all its knowledge by the end of the day. Not only that but I’ve got a group study afterwards. I’ll be having my Spanish finals this weekend, and not only will there be a written exam but I’ll have an oral exam which I’m probably going to fail. We have to pick a topic and talk about it for five minutes, and seeing that it takes me forever to complete a sentence I’ll probably use the five minutes just thinking of what to say. Ugh. I hate that I’m so crappy at languages. Perhaps when I move to San Francisco I could communicate with the locals using a flurry of gestures and facial expressions when my Spanish fails me (I hear Spanish is like the second language there). *sigh*

I wonder when silverchair’s new album (Diorama) will be released here. I’ve been reading some reviews about the album and so far everyone seems to like it. A lot of it says Daniel has matured a lot so I’m really curious about what it sounds like. I hope they start selling it here soon! I got a tape from Pete today; he actually recorded their performance at the Wireless when Diorama was launched. He’s such a sweetie. :) He wrote in the letter that it was “belated birthday present or just a gift from an admirer” . heart Unfortunately, my tape player’s a bit fucked up right now so I don’t think I can listen to it.

Well, I need to get some rest tonight. I’ve got a lot of brain work to do tomorrow.

Boah Lauryn, that sounds awefully hard to give a 5 minute speech in Spanish. They expect a lot from you all in these classes, wow. Good luck for it! You can do it! :-)
