Starting March 11, 2004, this site converted from b2 to wordpress. Here are some hacks and tips that I’ve added to this site:

Use b2 to wordpress tutorial if you want to convert your b2 blog.

Hacks: (you will need to install my-hacks.php and enable it at the admin cpanel)

1. php giggle - a tool to automatically link key words and phrases in HTML documents.
2. Mood/Music Hack- mood/music listing similar to livejournal.
3. Style Switcher and wordpress styles - This hack allows your visitors to change on the fly between CSS skins you make available.
4. wp-grins- This hack allows you to put clickable smilies on your post and comments forms
5. WP Mobile Edition- PDA friendly interface for your blog. It’s (almost) XHTML compliant
6. threaded comments hack
7. Grouping archives by year - grouping archives say all of 2001, 2002 and 2003 in an annual archive and then just list entries for 2004 as normal using a monthly list.
