PE class
It’s official. My least favorite subject as of now is P.E. I’d rather deal with sines, cosines and quadratic formulas than have P.E. class. We’re taking up volleyball now and it’s like, the worst sport imaginable. Now I’m lousy at most sports except for ping-pong, which I can play decently. But volleyball is just awful. I spent an entire, agonizing hour this morning attempting to serve the ball and the only thing I learned is that I cannot serve to save my life. No matter how hard I tried my ball simply refused to go any further than the net. It hurt like hell every time I hit the damn ball but my all my efforts were in vain. I bet I’d break my wrist and still my ball would sail low and near. The worst part was the practical test. I hate practical tests, particularly because the entire class can see me make a total fool out of myself. Which of course, happened. That fucking ball simply refused to cooperate with me. Even though I hit it as hard as I could, the furthest it reached was the net. My classmates were very entertained–hey, at least I made them laugh.
I swear, P.E. is the most useless subject in the world. What the hell do I need to learn how to play volleyball for? It’s not like I’m going to be an athlete when I grow up or something. I wish we could take up more practical things in school. Like how to be a total bombshell or something.
I forgot to mention that my dad bought a new car last Saturday. I’m not gonna say what brand it is because some of my easily angered readers might think that I’m bragging or something. But it’s a black car and it’s really cool. I just love that new car smell. It has a remote controlled CD player–I know CD players have been around in cars for ages, but this is the first time we had the sense to get a car with a CD player. I think that’s what I like best about the car. No more annoying radio stations that play stupid pop and sentimental songs. And no more equally annoying DJs that do everything except play the music. How the hell can those DJs sound so bright and chipper so damn early in the morning? It makes me feel like going back home and snuggling under my blanket. Anyway, I can’t wait to turn eighteen because when I do that car will be mine (eighteen is the legal driving age here). My parents don’t want to give me driving lessons and get my students’ driver license cos they’re scared I might get into an accident or something. I only want to learn how to drive cos it’d be so cool if I can chauffer my friends around the city.
Well I need my beauty sleep. ‘Later…
