So what’s another day

Last night was really funny. It’s a sort of tradition that we make home movies when my cousin Mark comes from the States, or when my sister and I go visit them in San Francisco. This year it’s more fun because most of the Lardizabal cousins (my cousins from my mother’s side of the family) were around. We originally planned to make a spoof of Harry Potter and Resident Evil. If you’ve played the first Resident Evil game, you’ll notice that the actors in the movie sequence before the actual game did their job quite badly. We wanted to exaggerate it, but Harry Potter took up too much of our time and my cousins would be leaving on the 27th. So we made Resident Evil a trailer instead. It was so funny because we used Kylee as our monster. He hates it when people hold him, and he hates it even more when there are strangers in the house. When my sister held him, we did a close up on his face and he was the *perfect* monster! He was really screaming his Siamese head off, considering that my cousins and my aunt (who is the camerawoman) were total strangers to him. The experience traumatized him so much that he wouldn’t leave his haven behind the refrigerator until my relatives left this morning to do some last minute shopping. Poor kitty! But he was so adorable last night.

The entire trailer was really funny, we were all laughing so hard last night. But it’s kind of hard for you to understand, you’ll have to see it for yourself. We’re finishing the rest of the Harry Potter movie today, when my cousins come back from the mall. For now I guess I’ll just be chilling around the house.

It’s really fun when my cousins are around. Including my other cousin from Cebu, my two cousins who live in Quezon City and Mark’s twin brothers, we were eight all in all. Sometimes I wish we were all brothers and sisters instead. My mom comes from a big family too and they must’ve had some grand times.

Time flies so fast…I can’t believe it’s already Christmas tomorrow.
