Would I spend forever here and not be satisfied?

I feel sad. Maybe it’s the senti songs I’m listening to right now. Now I normally dislike listening to sentimental songs. But I got sick of hearing the usual rap, rock and alternative blaring on my computer speakers. So for a change I decided to go mellow tonight. I don’t know what it is with sentimental songs and so many people going crazy over them. The majority of my CD orders are for sentimental songs and not for the “in” pop songs as I expected it to be. Even those who aren’t in love–such as Denilou, who says she will never get married–are clamoring for senti songs. And it’s not just the senti songs you would hear on the radio; they want the cheesy, 80’s-type senti songs too…people can be so strange.

I look young. I never realized how young I looked until Patsy pointed it out to me over the phone tonight. It’s not because I’m short. A lot of people who are short still look their age. It’s my face, she told me, and my character. If I were to be introduced to a person who knows nothing about me, he/she would probably think that I was only thirteen or fourteen. Hmm. To be honest I don’t really mind looking younger than I am. I dunno…I used to care a lot about it before. But now it just doesn’t really matter anymore.

I need to have my hair cut.
