Multiply life by the power of two
Ugh, I’m feeling tired and sleepy and I don’t know why. I slept early last night–and I went to school at eleven cos I had to get my pimples treated–and despite that, I still feel like going to bed early tonight. Maybe it’s the entire strain of school, I don’t know. But school was good today. We got our test scores from last week’s Trigonometry quiz and I got 10.5 over 15. Which is quite high compared to everyone else, who got average scores of 6 to 8. It was the first Trigo test I passed and I felt so proud of myself. Then our teacher got irritated at us and gave us a surprise quiz after the brief discussion, which I was able to answer quite well. Compared to algebra, trigonometry is a lot easier because unlike algebra, I don’t need long solutions and stuff like that. And to think I found it so difficult at first!
Jean came over early this evening cos he had nothing better to do. I feel kind of sorry for him cos he doesn’t have a school yet and I’m sure he’s dying of boredom at his house. I know how he feels cos I could hardly wait until school started; all I did during the last week of summer was eat and sleep and that was getting quite boring. As my friends in school would call it, kain-tulog, buhay baboy (eating and sleeping, it’s the life of a pig). Speaking of eating and being a pig, I’ve been eating a lot lately and it sucks! Still no sign of my period, but I hope it comes soon cos I seriously want to lose the pounds I’ve re-gained this week.
My eyelids feel heavy and I think it’s about time I closed them.
