One of these days, when I have the extra cash to spare, I am going to splurge on a designer dress and feel good about it! It’s just too bad that I already spent a ridiculous amount of money during the past two weeks because the upcoming Style Bible Designer Deluxe Sample Sale would have been the perfect place to make my first real designer purchase. A sample sale is when designers or retailers sell the pieces of their collection that they used to show store buyers. Since these pieces are considered excess stock, they are often sold at steep discounts.
